- Do customers pay to use Glow Connect?
- No. The Glow Connect app is free for customers to download, browse and book. The paid Studio subscription is for the salon / beauty professional listing their services on the platform.
- How am I billed?
- You are charged at the start of each monthly period via your stored payment method (UPI, card, netbanking via Razorpay on the web, or Apple / Google in-app billing on mobile). You receive a tax invoice after every successful payment.
- Can I switch plans?
- Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from Studio → Settings → Subscription. Upgrades take effect immediately and we prorate the difference; downgrades apply at the next renewal.
- What happens if my payment fails?
- You enter a 7-day grace period during which we retry the charge. New bookings pause on day 4 of grace; if payment cannot be collected by day 8, the subscription expires and your listings are hidden from search until billing is restored.
- Is there a refund if I cancel mid-cycle?
- You retain access to your paid features until the end of the current period. No part of the paid period is refunded, except for duplicate charges, verified outages over 72h, and a few other cases described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- Do prices include GST?
- Yes — every price listed above includes applicable Indian GST. The breakdown appears on your tax invoice.
